Stakeholders are key in testing; therefore, it is important to identify them. One of them is the IT technician in the organization who will perform the role of tester. Other stakeholders include the nurse informaticist, the nurse manager, physicians, the pharmacy leader, and the organization’s chief executive officer.

The Specific Elements Required for the Testing Phase

The testing phase is an important phase in software development and implementation. Therefore, the testing phase of this informatics project will require various elements. The elements include requirement analysis, which involves environment mapping, test planning, test case development, and test environment setup (Hoda et al.,2018). The other elements required include text execution and test reporting. Test plan documentation will be key as it will contain every detail that the tester would need to carry out a successful test. The data will be acquired from the tester’s perspectives. For example, they will be asked important questions regarding the solution, and their views and comments will be documented.

            Documentation of the test results is key as such information can be used to decide the next course of action. Therefore, various aspects will involve, such as outcomes, metrics, and team members.
