The goal of the ELEOT is to give nurse educators a tool to observe and discuss with students the characteristics of effective learning environments. The six main characteristics of a successful learning environment are as follows: The observation took place inside the classroom with nursing students. The classroom had a diverse range of seating options, including desktops, chairs, and a couch. The room was well bright and had large windows. The students actively participated in the session and took part in group work. The lecture finished with a question, and the learners were involved in the conversation about the questions. Overall, the educational environment was successful in stimulating students’ engagement, interaction, and learning.

Results of the ELEOT
It was clear from the observation that students successfully experienced diversified learning to satisfy their requirements in the classroom setting. Also, there was evidence of student and peer cooperation while completing assignments and participating in other activities in the classroom (Amsrud et al., 2019). Students received individualized tutoring from teachers, as well as teachers’ direct instruction. There were also instances of student engagement, where the teacher engaged learners by employing innovative technology such as computer applications that were aligned with heart rate cuffs. Additionally, students helped one another out in class when it was necessary, and technology was used for collaboration, challenges, and communication (Huseb et al., 2018). The instructor supported student involvement and interactive learning by utilizing cutting-edge techniques and best practices.
How the Instructor Maintained and Managed the Learning Environment
Setting expectations for the students helped the teacher manage and keep the learning environment in good shape. Before class began, the lecturer let the students know what was expected of them and what the session’s learning goals were. Also, the lecturer used praise to encourage the class. Students who are motivated to learn are more likely to finish their homework and other academic responsibilities. Also, the teacher would keep an eye on the student’s conduct and step in to address any signs of uncertainty or lack of focus. The instructor was able to respond to any needs that the learners had while studying thanks to monitoring. Monitoring includes recognizing the stalled learners, and those who require redirection and any adjustment (Amsrud et al., 2019).
Various Engagement and Learning Strategies
An LMS tool is one of the resources that may be utilized to keep learners interested. An LMS platform provides courses that may be viewed anywhere and anytime. The technology makes it possible for students to access educational materials on mobile devices and gives them what they need most, making it an effective technique for student engagement (Lee et al, 2018). Using open lines of communication is another engagement method. The lines of communication should be set up to encourage feedback, opinion exchange, and open dialogue among students, as well as with the teacher. Group conversations and peer spaces where questions may be raised are significant tools that a teacher can employ to encourage learner involvement in an online forum.
Implementing the Strategies in the Classroom
Creating a welcoming and encouraging environment in my classroom is one way I might include some of these tactics. For instance, by employing mobile technology to construct online courses and create online discussion forums, open communication may be included in learning (Lee et al., 2018). Also, I may lead group discussions in the classroom to concentrate the attention of the entire class.
