Systems Thinking
Systems thinking refers to developing a deeper understanding of the interrelationship of things that influence each other as a whole. Systems thinking helps leaders build strong inter-professional and organizational relationships in some ways. Systems thinking also enables leaders to identify inter-professional opportunities that can enhance the efficiency of organizational activities (Stalter et al., 2017).
