Patients fall in long-term care remain a widespread and challenging clinical issue globally. The search for better evidence in clinical research to address patient falls is often challenging despite being a pillar of the evidence-based practice (EBP) process. Health care Agency                Healthcare agencies are tasked with the responsibility of managing personal and population health through various activities such as developing treatment plans, diagnosis modalities, and disease control. Healthcare agencies can play vital in this project by developing creative ways to design fall prevention education programs. Nursing Practice                The adoption of the proposed nursing intervention is likely to cause a remarkable impact on nursing practice such as alleviating overwhelming workload and associated effects such as burnout linked to patient falls (Heng et al., 2020).
