Role of Workflow Analysis, Human Factors and User-Centered Design

Analysis of the workflow ensures that providers recognize areas that need better interventions and can accrue the advantages provided by virtual reality. Human factors like the availability of human resource and expertise ensure that hospitals have required abilities and knowledge to implement efficient and better technologies to enhance provision of care (Iserson, 2018). The utilization of user-centered design implies that virtual reality should give patients benefits, especially those with chronic conditions that require pain management interventions. As such, the implementation of virtual reality in healthcare organizations should focus on coffering benefits to all stakeholders.
