Implementing change is a challenging task. Managers should consider some factors which ensure that change is sustainable once implemented. Interdisciplinary collaboration also ensures there is the right mix of skills and expertise. People are also likely to motivate and inspire each other in groups to adopt proposed changes once they have the purpose or intentions of the planned change. Regular staff meetings anticipate challenges, review performance, and cultivate a culture of improvement (Silver et al., 2016).
