The work environment assessment tool is an essential technique that allows organizations and their employees to gauge the level of civility in the workplace and seek ways to address any incivility event (Marshall & Broome, 2021). The results of the work environment assessment show that the workplace is not healthy as it received a score of 55 implying that there needs to be more interventions to address the prevalence of incivility events. Two things that surprised me during the assessment were the results and the level of honesty among the employees.
