My teaching philosophy is to develop an environment that motivates learners to develop ideas. I believe that my teaching style and ability to offer ongoing feedback about the students allow me to develop an improvement strategy by adjusting my teaching methods to heighten students’ understanding (Smith-Wacholz et al., 2019). This approach to teaching enables the teacher to understand each student and the surroundings that can trigger their success. This also allows me to appreciate that students have different levels of understanding, and it is the role of the teacher to ensure that students meet the expected outcome.

Besides, this philosophy would be important in giving all nurse students the desired attention and creating a positive environment that can motivate them to learn the complexities of healthcare.
