Environment often affect student learning in a number of ways. One of the ways is that it allows the student to concentrate on the lesson and reciprocate the teachings to the student. Each student a one-on-one contact to understand their learning abilities and concentration span (Putri & Sari, 2021). This way, they get to understand the concepts better. Every student also needs inspiring models and remodeling to help boost their quest to learn. Every learner also needs creative space to uphold creativity. Educators must continually assess pupils’ development to determine the most effective teaching strategy for them (Billings & Halstead, 2020). Students at healthcare institutions must be given the maximum attention to protect the lives they will face in the future. The purpose of this assignment is to provide knowledge of establishing an environment that promotes student participation, engagement, and optimal student outcomes.

ELEOT Results
The equal access to classrooms, discussions, technology and support provides a better and sustainable environment that allows all students to learn. Provision of such resources is an evident sign that equitable learning environment affect student learning abilities. The majority of items on high expectation environment is marked evident implying that the expectation of a learning environment affects the success of a student. The items on supportive learning and active learning environments also have an evident signs of student learning abilities (Melrose, 2019). The progress monitoring and feedback environment, well-managed learning environment and digital learning environment also had an average of evident observation of the student learning abilities.
How the Instructor Maintained the Learning Environment
The instructor spent a significant portion of time asking the students questions to assess their level of understanding of each topic. Before transitioning to the next topic, the teacher always examined the lesson that students learned from the past lesson (Tavoosy & Jelveh, 2019). To meet this objective, the instructor gained the learner’s attention for the first five minutes in the clinical setting. The instructor begins by welcoming them using a loud and confident voice. Then, share information details on the topic and the things that students will be using in the class. The teacher demonstrated knowledge through a number of modalities such as auditory cues, visuals and hands-on activities. These concepts are easier to understand and its allows students to meet the proficiency level before concentrating on the groups.
The teacher made sure that students understood the rules of the class and consequences that attracts violation of such rules. Measures such as self-correcting, apologizing and showing acceptance of rules (Melrose, 2019). Students who adhere to such rules will receive a higher credit score and motivate other student in obeying the stipulated class rules.
Learning Strategies
Formative learning strategies were important in tracking student progress and providing continuous feedback. The students were made to volunteer in demonstrating a task to other students. They were involved in reading aloud, participating in experiment and connecting with their peers in their various groups. These learning strategies specifically assisted students in identifying their strengths and shortcomings and focusing on areas that require improvement, as well as teachers in recognizing where students are failing and intervening quickly (Billings & Halstead, 2020). The learners also demonstrated what they have learned by answering pop quizzes during the lesson. Besides, non-traditional questions and answers were also used to allows students answer questions without fear of feedback.
How To Implement some of These Strategies
I will give assignments and schedule for the next meeting. Provide the students with writing assignments on the current lesson to evaluate their level of understanding and reading assignments for the next lesson to ensure that they are prepared for the next class. I will also allow student to interact with the current learning technology to boost their self-esteem in enjoying learning different concepts in class.
Conclusion
This ELEOT tool is significant in assessing the learning environment and providing the most suitable surrounding that supports the student learning. The learning strategies activities are also important in classroom understanding and enabling teachers to have control of the class and manage the learning process.
